Kind Family Village is a year-round online community for anyone navigating parenthood consciously - whether you have kids now or are planning to.
Monthly circles for mothers and fathers where you can say the hard stuff out loud. Couples work every six weeks. Workshops on sleep, money, conflict, single parenting - all the things you're actually navigating. A replay library for when you need it. WhatsApp groups where families show up for each other.
It's not a course. It's not a program. It's a global village.
And here's the thing about village: when one family thrives, we all thrive. That's why we built the affiliate program in. When you invite families in, you benefit too.

Why We Built This
When our festival ends, families tell us the same thing every year: "I wish this could last forever."
We thought: what if it doesn't have to end?
Most of us are raising kids without village. No extended family nearby. No circle of parents who get it. Just us trying to figure it all out alone.
We felt this when our child was small. The anxious Googling at 3am. The constant questioning. The loneliness of parenting differently.
That's why we built the festival. And that's why we built KIND Family Village.
Because the circles, the workshops, the community that holds you - that shouldn't only exist for one week a year.

A Community Built in Reciprocity
In village, abundance flows in circles. When you thrive, others thrive. When you invite someone in, the whole community grows.
We've structured KIND Family Village to work the same way.
Every member gets a personal affiliate link. Share it with families you think would benefit. When someone clicks your link and joins the village (within 90 days), you earn 50% of their first year's membership.
What this means:
- Invite 1–2 families → your membership is covered
- Invite 10 families → you've earned €1,485
- Invite 20 families → you've earned €2,970
There's no cap. This scales as far as you want it to.
For facilitators and space holders:
You can host workshops for the community. Members attend for free. Non-members can join individual sessions for €17.
Here's what you earn through your affiliate link:
- 50% commission on €17 one-off workshops (€8.50 per session)
- 50% commission on full memberships when participants join
When people experience your workshop and decide to become full members, you earn from both. You can also share your own offerings at the end of your sessions, introducing your work to families who are already aligned.

The Hearts Behind The Village
We are George and Jayna, the founders behind KIND Matters and KIND Family Gathering.
KIND Family Gathering is a conscious family festival held in Portugal. We've run three editions, bringing together families, facilitators, and children for a week of community, creativity, and connection in nature.
We're parents ourselves. We started the festival from a real need: to raise our child within community, not isolation. What began as a small gathering among friends has grown into an international movement of families raising children consciously, collectively, together.

Together, we've been creating experiences for a decade and running events online for 5-6 years. We know how to hold space: online and in person.
The festival remains small and intimate by design. KIND Family Village is how we're expanding the vision globally, creating a year-round community for families who share these values, no matter where they live.
For Facilitators and Space Holders
You work with families. You teach movement, breathwork, creative arts. You facilitate parenting workshops, hold circles, work with couples.
